VU researchers will automatically have a personal account in Pure. You can log in to Pure using your VUnetID and password.

linking your ORCID to Pure ensures that all your publications are automatically added to your ORCID profile. You can find more information on linking ORCID to Pure in this libguide.
Adding research outputs

For more information about dataset registration and software registration you can visit our Research Support Handbook.
Please note that the Research Data and Software Management Policy states that archived and published data and software must be registered in Pure. This is not done automatically. Researchers are therefore advised to check their registrations and ensure they are complete. If archived or published data or software has not been included in your Pure profile, you need to add these registrations manually, as explained in the manuals mentioned above.
