How to get access

Existing project folder

Ask the owner of the project folder to invite you.

New project folder

A new Research Drive project folder can be requested via the form on 🔒 ServiceNow. Please note that because there can be costs involved (see below) you need to supply a budget code.

Once the project folder is created you can invite internal and external collaborators yourself. Please see the page on Managing groups, users and access rights for detailed instructions how to invite users and assign desired access rights.
